1. Graft marks
“Graft,” the Graft name, the Graft logo, and related product names, visual elements, and slogans are trademarks or claimed trademarks of Graft AI. Use of a Graft mark must not create confusion about source, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Unless we provide written permission, do not use Graft marks in a company name, product name, domain name, social-media handle, application icon, or logo.
2. Third-party marks
All third-party names, logos, product names, and trademarks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners. References to LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen, OpenAI, the OpenAI Agents SDK, MCP, or other ecosystems are used only to identify relevant products, standards, or potential interoperability contexts.
Unless Graft explicitly states otherwise in a signed announcement, a third-party reference does not mean the third party sponsors, endorses, certifies, or is affiliated with Graft.
3. Permitted references to Graft
You may use the plain-text Graft name to truthfully identify Graft or describe interoperability, such as “built to work with Graft,” provided that the statement is accurate, your own brand is more prominent, and the presentation does not imply endorsement or partnership.
4. Uses that require permission
Without prior written permission, do not:
- modify, recolor, distort, animate, or recreate the Graft logo;
- combine the Graft logo with another logo in a partnership lockup;
- use Graft marks as the most prominent branding in your materials;
- use a confusingly similar name, symbol, or visual identity;
- place Graft marks on merchandise or paid advertising; or
- state or imply that Graft has certified, endorsed, or approved your product.
5. Open-source, standards, and compatibility statements
Open-source licenses govern code, not brand rights, unless the license expressly says otherwise. When describing compatibility with a framework, runtime, protocol, or platform, use precise statements that can be substantiated. Do not use a third party’s logo unless its brand rules permit that use.
6. Reporting suspected misuse
If you believe a Graft mark is being used in a confusing, deceptive, or unauthorized way, contact us with the relevant URL and screenshots.
7. Permission requests
For permission to use Graft marks, co-marketing requests, or brand questions, contact us. Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing.
